JOB TITLE: Planning Engineer

EXPERIENCE: 4-5 years experience in planning work for high-rise project

Responsibility:

Managing the performance of the baseline schedule and the maintenance Must have good knowledge of MS Office and MSP. Collecting and interpreting schedule data and providing output to the programme and project teams. Monitoring actual performance against the schedule to identify delays and suitable mitigation measures. Interfacing with the project technical staff to define changes to schedules and identification of variances from the original plan. Identifying and evaluating associated schedule, and resource conflicts. Working closely with the contractors, evaluating their schedules, and actively managing the schedules with them to ensure a successful outcome. Managing the project master schedule in line with individual work package schedules prepared by contractors.

Planning Engineer Skills

Planning and project management skills. Strong multitasking abilities. A valid driver's license. Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills. A sound understanding of safety protocols. Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines

Software proficiency

Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Access Database) 3D Modeling software (AutoCAD) Project Planning tools i.e. MS Project, Primavera, or any project planning software.

Education Qualification

A bachelor's degree in civil engineering and technology Engineering Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 3-5 years of experience.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
