Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented MEP Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in our construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all MEP aspects are integrated seamlessly with overall project objectives, adhering to quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage all MEP activities from project inception to completion. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate MEP systems into the overall project design. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Resolve technical issues related to MEP installations promptly and effectively. Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular project updates. Ensure all MEP work complies with local building codes and regulations. Implement and oversee quality control procedures for MEP systems.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month

Shamshabad, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

MEP: 10 years (Preferred)
