Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled

Civil Manager

to lead and manage the execution of civil works for

solar energy projects

, including

Grid Substation (GSS)

infrastructure. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for planning, execution, quality control, and timely completion of all site-related civil activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise civil construction activities for solar plant foundations, inverter rooms, control buildings, cable trenches, and GSS-related structures. Review and interpret civil drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure compliance with project standards. Coordinate with design, electrical, procurement, and project management teams for seamless site execution. Plan manpower, material, and equipment deployment to meet project timelines and budgets. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety adherence. Liaise with contractors and vendors to resolve technical and execution issues. Ensure compliance with environmental and safety norms at all stages of the project. Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and MIS updates.

Qualifications & Skills:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. 8-12 years of experience in civil execution of solar and substation projects. Strong knowledge of structural, foundation, and site development works. Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple sites and teams effectively.

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
