Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the entire project.
Provide strategic leadership in project approach, design, and contract management.
Chair all project-related meetings and ensure effective communication across all stakeholders.
Drive value engineering and provide value additions to the project.
Planning & Budgeting:
Assist the Civil Head in finalizing construction cost estimates.
Prepare and manage the master project budget.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools like MS Project.
Focus on proactive planning, cost control, and risk mitigation.
Design & Execution:
Coordinate with the design team for all technical inputs and finalization of drawings.
Manage the tender process and award of work to contractors.
Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities as per the work order (WO).
Ensure seamless handover of completed project phases.
Delivery & Reporting:
Be responsible for the overall project delivery with respect to Cost, Time, and Quality.
Monitor project progress and provide regular, comprehensive reporting to management.
Ensure all technical data relevant to the project is accurately maintained.
Qualification & Experience
:
B. Tech (Civil) with a minimum of 12-15 years of relevant experience.
Diploma (Civil) with a minimum of 20 years of relevant experience.
Mandatory Project Experience:
Must have independently handled civil construction projects.
Must have completed at least one high-rise building exceeding 60 meters in height.
Preferred Skills & Competencies
:
Technical Proficiency:
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
MEP Knowledge:
Basic understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for effective coordination.
Leadership:
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Problem-Solving:
Proven ability to solve complex problems and mitigate project risks.
