Key Responsibilities:
Plan and supervise routine and preventive maintenance of civil structures, utilities, and infrastructure.
Inspect and assess buildings, roads, drainage systems, and other civil works for repair and maintenance needs.
Prepare maintenance schedules, cost estimates, and work reports.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance work.
Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.
Identify areas for improvement and implement cost-effective solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
2-5 years of experience in civil maintenance, construction, or facility management.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, repair techniques, and maintenance procedures.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in industrial or facility maintenance.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and maintenance management software.
