Job Description

Department - Civil Maintenance Department Having Qualification in BE Civil with 3 years of Experience can be engaged on Contract Basis in Foundation as Civil Maintenance Engineer / Head Civil Maintenance Department. maintaining and repairing civil infrastructure, including buildings, roads, and utilities, ensuring safety and functionality through planned and reactive maintenance, and adhering to relevant regulations and standards

Maintenance and Repair:

Performing routine maintenance tasks (e.g., painting, cleaning, minor repairs). Repairing and replacing damaged or malfunctioning infrastructure components. Responding to maintenance requests and emergencies. Conducting inspections to identify potential problems and ensure safety. Maintaining records of all maintenance activities.

Preventive Maintenance:

Developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs. Scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities.

Project Management:

Managing small to medium-sized maintenance projects. Supervising and coordinating with contractors and other tradespeople.

Safety and Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Other Duties:

Assisting with inventory management of maintenance supplies. Staying up-to-date on industry best practices and regulations. Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders.

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?450,000.00 per year
