Civil & Interior MEP Billing Engineer
with
3-4 years of experience
. The role involves handling
billing, quantity take-offs, BOQ, and coordination
for civil, interior, and MEP works across commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare
MEP measurement sheets
(Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm)
Civil & interior quantity take-offs as per approved drawings
Prepare and submit
RA bills and final bills
BOQ preparation, verification, and quantity reconciliation
Rate analysis for civil, interior, and MEP items
Verify subcontractor and vendor bills
Handle variation statements and extra items
Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and project managers
Maintain accurate billing and project documentation
Required Experience & Skills
3-4 years of experience
in
Civil & Interior MEP Billing
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in
Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
Strong knowledge of
Civil, Interior & MEP works
Proficient in
MS Excel & AutoCAD
Experience in
commercial / office / retail interior projects
preferred
Ability to work independently and meet billing deadlines
