Vacancy for: Civil & Interior - Billing Engineer

Reporting Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

Total Experience: 3-4 years

Responsibilities

Quantity Surveying & Measurement

On-site Measurement:

Conducting joint measurements with client representatives or contractors.

Abstracts & Measurement Sheets:

Preparing detailed Measurement Sheets (MS) and Abstract Sheets based on site progress.

Drawing Reconciliation:

Comparing "as-built" quantities against the original architectural and interior design drawings.
2. Bill Preparation & Processing

RA Bills:

Preparing Running Account (RA) bills for clients to ensure steady cash flow.

Final Accounts:

Closing out projects by reconciling final quantities, extra items, and retention money.
3. Rate Analysis & Cost Control

Extra Item Analysis:

Determining the cost for work done outside the original tender (Rate Analysis).

Material Reconciliation:

Tracking material consumption (e.g., How much plywood was issued vs. how much is actually on the walls) to prevent wastage or theft.

Price Escalation:

Calculating price variations for raw materials like steel or specialized interior finishes if the contract allows.
Salary as per industry norms

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
