Role: Jr / Sr Architect

Location: T Nagar, Chennai (Local candidates preferred)

Salary: 10,000 to 60,000 (Based on Interview Performance)

Experience: 0 to 7 Years

Mode Of Work: Onsite

Role Overview:

As a Junior / Senior Architect, you will collaborate with senior professionals to design and execute innovative and functional spaces. Your responsibilities will encompass all project phases--from concept development to final execution--across residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Development

: Assist in creating architectural and interior design concepts, including mood boards, schematic layouts, and detailed drawings.

Software Proficiency

: Utilize industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Photoshop for design and visualization.

Client Interaction

: Participate in client meetings to understand requirements and present design proposals effectively.

Project Coordination

: Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Site Visits

: Conduct site assessments to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.

Documentation

: Prepare construction documents, specifications, and manage project files and records.

Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Background

: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution.

Experience

: 0-6 years in architectural or interior design roles in residential projects.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in AutoCAD (Preferred, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Design Acumen

: Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, material selection, and building codes.

Communication

: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.

Teamwork

: Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
