We are seeking an accomplished Civil Engineering Leader with

20+ years of proven expertise

to head our civil division. This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for directing large-scale

high-rise residential construction projects

from design through execution. You will serve as the

technical and managerial authority

Provide

visionary leadership

and mentorship to the civil engineering and project teams. Oversee

all technical and execution aspects

of high-rise residential projects. Ensure compliance with

building codes, safety standards, and project specifications

. Manage

budgets, schedules, and resource allocation

effectively across multiple projects. Serve as the

primary liaison

with clients, consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities. Monitor site progress, conduct risk assessments, and implement corrective actions. Drive

innovation in structural systems, foundation design, and modern construction practices

. Ensure projects are

delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Requirements

Education:

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Experience:

20+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering & construction, with at least 10 years in

leadership roles

high-rise residential projects

Technical Expertise:

Strong knowledge of

structural systems, geotechnical aspects, foundation engineering, and site development

for tall structures.

Leadership Skills:

Proven ability to

lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional civil engineering teams
