Job Description

Fresh engineers will undergo hands-on training at live construction sites to learn the fundamentals of execution, measurement, quality control, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Assist engineers in daily site activities and measurements.

Observe and understand site procedures and construction processes.

Maintain records of material and work done.

Support safety and quality checks.

Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications, Skills & Competencies

Fresh Civil Engineering graduates.

Strong willingness to learn and adapt.

Basic understanding of AutoCAD and MS Excel.

Punctual, disciplined, and safety-conscious.
