Job Summary

Rigid Construction Company is seeking a qualified and experienced

Civil Engineer

to manage and execute construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, coordination, quality control, and timely completion of civil works as per drawings and specifications.

Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and supervise civil construction activities at site Study and interpret drawings, specifications, and BOQs Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and quality standards Manage site manpower, subcontractors, and daily work activities Monitor material usage, requisition, and site inventory Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project managers Ensure compliance with safety rules and company policies Conduct site measurements and assist in billing and documentation Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and work schedules Identify and resolve site-related technical issues Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality norms
Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering Experience in construction projects (Residential / Commercial / Industrial) Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, and site execution works Ability to read drawings and handle site coordination independently Knowledge of basic estimation, billing, and quality control Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge preferred Good communication and teamwork skills
