Position- Frame cad Detailer

Experience- 2 to 6 Years

Job brief

We are currently looking for a Detailer with Frame cad experience that has structural experience

and dealing with light gauge steel frames to work on a large residential & commercial project.

Position is to start immediately.

Responsibilities

1. Person will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing in-house droughting team in

the design of Light Gauge Steel Framed Buildings

2. Ensure that the hardware and software requirements for the team are managed.

3. Buildings to be designed efficiently using Frame Cad structures and Frame Cad Detailer

to meet local and international design standards. Buildings design using Light Gauge

Steel Profiles.

4. Co-ordinate with Sales, Marketing & Estimation Team with regards to enquiries and

design requirements.

5. Co-ordinate within Engineering & Design Department with regards to other design

disciplines and internal procedures and operations.

6. Co-ordinate with Production and Operations Departments regarding the execution of

designs.

7. Manage design priorities and allocate work to design team.

8. Check designs and assist with technical problems which may arise.

9. Maintain and co-ordinate ongoing training programmed for design team.

10. Reporting to: Lead Engineer -- Engineering Department

11. Subordinates: Droughting Team

Requirements

Required Candidate Profile (Personal Attributes; Qualifications & Experience):

Personal Attributes:

1. Good command of English Language, spoken and written.

2. Self-starter and self-motivated.

3. Use initiative and be organized.

4. Ensure that project deadlines are met.

5. Must be able to Multi Task.

6. Must be capable of working under pressure to meet tight submission schedules.

7. Must be willing to work overtime to meet the schedule completion dates.

8. Must be capable of scheduling and managing own work load plus others.

9. Must be a team player.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Certified AutoCAD designer

2. Trained in designing Light Gauge Steel Framed Building principles; e.g. Frame Cad

structures or similar software suites.

3. Experience in the Building Industry particular to interiors, housing, villas and steel

structure construction.

4. Minimum 5 years in a similar role.

5. Competent with MS Office Software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
