Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate activities of workers and subcontractors on construction sites.
Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Ensure that construction activities are carried out according to design, specifications, and safety standards.
Monitor progress of construction work and ensure adherence to schedules.
Coordinate with engineers, and other construction professionals.
Allocate resources (labor, materials, equipment) efficiently to meet daily work targets.
Maintain site records, including daily progress reports, attendance, and material usage.
Enforce safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
Resolve problems and delays on-site in a timely manner.
Inspect work to ensure quality control standards are met.
Qualifications and Skills:
10th / 12th / Bachelor's Arts & science / ITI or equivalent.
At least 7-10 years of experience in civil construction.
Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
Strong Knowledge of all layout structure & finishing work.
