: We are seeking an experienced and reliable Foreman with a strong background in residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of on-site supervision experience, ensuring smooth execution of work, managing labour teams, maintaining quality, and delivering projects within timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities :
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities of workers and subcontractors on residential sites.
Plan and allocate tasks to meet construction schedules and milestones.
Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and finishing standards.
Enforce safety protocols and maintain a secure, clean work environment.
Oversee material handling, minimize wastage, and ensure proper use of resources.
Provide daily site updates and progress reports to the Project Manager/Engineer.
Inspect workmanship and ensure high-quality finishing suited for residential projects.
Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience as a Foreman in residential construction projects (high-rise, villas, group housing, or townships).
Strong knowledge of construction techniques, finishing standards, and residential materials.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
Proven leadership skills to manage labour teams effectively.
Good communication, problem-solving, and team coordination abilities.
Basic computer literacy (Excel, email) preferred.
