Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day civil works at site in compliance with CPWD standards and drawings.
Manage and arrange required
labour, materials, and resources
for smooth site operations.
Ensure proper work allocation, productivity, and discipline of labour teams.
Monitor execution of concrete, masonry, plastering, shuttering, reinforcement, finishing, etc.
Coordinate with site engineers for work schedules and progress targets.
Maintain site safety, housekeeping, and quality standards.
Report daily progress of works, manpower, and issues to the site engineer/project manager.
Assist in resolving site-related technical problems and discrepancies.
Ensure timely completion of assigned works as per project requirements.
Key Requirements
Education:
Diploma/ITI/Certificate in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
Experience:
Minimum 10 years in
execution and supervision of CPWD/government building projects
.
Strong knowledge of CPWD norms, work methods, and construction practices.
Ability to handle labour arrangements, discipline, and productivity at site.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to relocate and work across India at different sites.
