Job Description

Job Title: Civil Foreman

civil foreman is a construction site leader who supervises a crew, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Their responsibilities include managing workers, coordinating tasks, ordering materials and equipment, and communicating with project managers. They must have strong technical knowledge of civil work, excellent leadership skills, and be able to handle on-site problem-solving and reporting

Supervision:

Directing and monitoring the daily activities of the construction crew.

Coordination:

Scheduling work and ensuring different trades, such as carpentry and steel fixing, are coordinated.

Safety:

Enforcing safety regulations and ensuring a safe working environment for the crew.

Quality control:

Inspecting work to ensure it meets the project's plans and specifications.

Materials and equipment:

Managing and ordering necessary materials and equipment.

Communication:

Reporting project progress to management and resolving any on-site conflicts or issues.
