Job Description

Supervising and Coordinating:

Managing a team of construction workers, coordinating labor, equipment, and materials, and ensuring work is carried out according to project plans and specifications.

Ensuring Quality and Safety:

Inspecting work to maintain quality and safety standards, enforcing safety regulations, and resolving any safety concerns or issues.

Project Management:

Monitoring project progress, budgets, and timelines, and ensuring that the project stays on track.

Team Leadership:

Motivating and guiding construction crews, fostering teamwork, and resolving conflicts or issues among workers.

Communication and Collaboration:

Communicating effectively with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Problem-Solving:

Identifying and resolving construction challenges, making critical decisions on-site, and adapting to unforeseen circumstances.

Resource Management:

Managing materials, equipment, and other resources to ensure efficient project completion.

Training and Mentoring:

Providing training and mentorship to crew members, developing their skills, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Record Keeping and Reporting:

Preparing and submitting progress reports, maintaining records of work completed, and documenting any issues or incidents
