Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out projects.
Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
Supervise subcontractors, labor, and material usage at site.
Ensure compliance with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project managers.
Maintain site safety and ensure adherence to health & safety regulations.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports for management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum
5 years of experience
in fit-out and construction projects.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and fit-out standards.
Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
