1.

Oversee Finishing Activities

Supervise on-site execution of finishing tasks like: Painting and coating Tiling and flooring Wall cladding and partitions False ceilings Carpentry and joinery Glasswork, metalwork, and decorative elements
2.

Quality Control & Assurance

Ensure all work complies with: Design specifications Technical standards Quality benchmarks Perform regular inspections and generate

to identify and fix defects.
3.

Coordination & Supervision

Work closely with: Project managers Architects and designers Subcontractors and labor teams Coordinate sequencing of tasks to avoid delays or rework.
4.

Site Inspection & Documentation

Conduct walkthroughs to assess progress. Maintain site reports, daily logs, and quality checklists. Prepare reports for management and clients.
5.

Interpretation of Drawings & Specifications

Read and apply architectural and interior design drawings. Ensure execution aligns with approved plans and material specs.
6.

Health, Safety & Compliance

Enforce safety standards for finishing activities. Ensure compliance with local codes and industry regulations.

Skills Required

Deep knowledge of finishing materials and techniques Eye for detail and aesthetics Strong project coordination skills Problem-solving mindset Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office
