About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic

Civil Trainer

to deliver high-quality training in Quantity Surveying (QS), Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC), Building Information Modeling (BIM), and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT). The ideal candidate will have practical industry experience and a passion for mentoring professionals and students, helping them bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions and workshops on

Quantity Surveying (QS)

, including estimation, costing, and project management fundamentals. Deliver practical and theoretical knowledge on

QA/QC processes

in construction, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Train participants on

BIM software and workflow

, including modeling, coordination, and clash detection. Provide

NDT training

, covering methods such as ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle, and liquid penetrant testing. Develop and update

training materials, manuals, and presentations

to ensure content is relevant and up-to-date. Evaluate participants' performance through assessments, practical exercises, and feedback. Mentor and guide trainees to enhance their technical skills and industry readiness. Collaborate with management to improve training programs and align with industry standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Civil Engineering

or related field. Proven industry experience in

QS, QA/QC, BIM, and NDT

. Strong proficiency in

BIM tools

(Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or similar). Hands-on experience with

NDT methods and certification

preferred. Excellent

communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

. Passion for teaching and ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly. Familiarity with construction standards, codes, and safety regulations.
