Civil Executive - Minutes of Meeting Follow-ups.

Note :

Freshers and Maximum one year Experience Wanted only.

Job Purpose:

To oversee and coordinate civil construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of projects in line with company standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision & Execution

Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and project schedule. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor to maintain workflow. Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment.

Project Coordination

Liaise with architects, consultants, and project managers for approvals and clarifications. Assist in preparing project reports, progress updates, and work schedules. Support planning and execution of civil works like concreting, masonry, finishing, etc.

Quality & Safety Control

Ensure compliance with quality standards, testing protocols, and safety regulations. Inspect construction materials and workmanship to maintain standards. Report defects or delays immediately to higher management.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain daily site records, measurements, and progress reports. Assist in preparing bills, estimates, and BOQs. Ensure documentation of drawings, approvals, and site instructions.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of civil engineering works, construction methods, and materials. Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents. Good organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and project management tools. Problem-solving and decision-making ability under site conditions.

Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory). 1-5 years of experience in civil construction/site execution (varies by company level). Knowledge of local building codes and construction regulations.
