Key Responsibilities

Execution & monitoring

Lead execution of site development, foundations, RCC structures, equipment pedestals, PEB, flooring, roads and drains Monitor civil works progress against approved schedules and milestones Ensure coordination with all vendors -- civil, structural, mechanical and electrical along with process teams

Safety Leadership

Enforce safe construction practices, permit systems, and site safety plans Promote zero-incident culture at site

Equality & Governance

Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and standards Drive NCR closure, punch list completion, and defect-free handover Act as single point of contact for civil works between site and HO

Reporting & Handover

Submit regular progress, risk, and quality reports to HO Lead preparation for final inspections, as-built documentation, and handover to 0&M

Qualification & Experience

4--7 years in civil, reporting, and project controls for industrial plants B.E. / B.Tech -- Civil Engineering
