Key Responsibilities

Site Management:

Supervise day-to-day activities, ensuring execution as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards (IS codes).

Coordination:

Liaise with architects, MEP teams, structural engineers, contractors, and internal departments (procurement, planning).

Quality & Safety:

Implement QA/QC plans, conduct inspections, monitor material testing, and enforce strict safety protocols.

Schedule & Budget:

Manage project timelines, resource allocation (labor, equipment), cost control, and variance reporting.

Documentation:

Prepare progress reports, material reconciliation, inspection records, and manage change orders.

Resource Management:

Plan manpower, materials, and equipment; manage subcontractors and vendors.

Technical Oversight:

Resolve site-level technical issues, review drawings, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's in Civil Engineering.

Experience:

Proven high-rise execution experience (structural, finishing, Mivan/shuttering).

Leadership:

Strong team leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making.

Technical:

In-depth knowledge of codes, standards, construction methods, and QA/QC.

Communication:

Excellent liaison and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
