Key Responsibilities:

Implement and manage ERP systems related to civil engineering and construction projects. (Hit Office ERP prior experience preferred) Coordinate with project managers, engineers, storekeepers and other stakeholders to gather requirements and customize ERP modules as needed. Daily Progress Report monitoring along with manpower reports and respective billing. Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the ERP system for project costing, material management, and resource planning. Provide training and support to team members on ERP usage and best practices. Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and work with vendors and other teams for resolution. Monitor project timelines, budgets, resources and cost control. Assist in developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for ERP system processes. Generate detailed reports and dashboards for senior management to track project progress, inventory, and cost control. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards through ERP workflows. Collaborate with the finance, procurement, and HR teams to integrate and streamline interdepartmental processes.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of construction project management, material procurement, and cost estimation. Proficiency in data management, reporting, and analytics within ERP platforms. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams. Ability to train end-users and create documentation for ERP processes.
