We are looking for an Asphalt Civil Engineer with specialized experience in sports infrastructure development to manage and execute asphalt works for facilities such as athletic tracks, Sports courts. The role demands strict adherence to quality, performance standards, and surface tolerances required for sports facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and supervise asphalt works for sports infrastructure projects (athletic tracks base layers, sports arenas, jogging tracks, sports courts)
Ensure surface evenness, slope accuracy, drainage, and compaction as per sports infrastructure requirements
Coordinate asphalt works with sports surface systems (synthetic tracks, turf bases, courts)
Review and approve asphalt mix designs suitable for high-performance sports applications
Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and timelines
Implement and maintain strict QA/QC standards for sports-grade asphalt works
Conduct and review material testing (bitumen, aggregates, asphalt mix)
Liaise with contractors, consultants, equipment suppliers, and internal teams
Prepare technical reports, daily progress updates, and as-built documentation
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
3-8 years of relevant experience in asphalt works, preferably in sports or specialized infrastructure projects
Prior exposure to stadium, track, or sports infra development is an advantage
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of asphalt pavement design and execution
Experience in precision asphalt laying for sports surfaces
Knowledge of base course preparation for synthetic tracks and sports courts
Familiarity with hot mix plants, pavers, rollers, and testing procedures
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and reporting tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
