Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

: Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and budgetary constraints.

Design and Planning

: Review and approve designs and plans, ensuring feasibility and compliance with codes and regulations. Coordinate with design teams and architects to optimize project plans.

Site Management

: site operations, ensuring safety and efficiency. Supervise construction activities to ensure they align with project plans and contract requirements.

Quality Assurance

: Implement quality control procedures and conduct regular inspections to ensure construction materials and workmanship are of the highest quality.

Stakeholder Coordination

: Collaborate with clients, contractors, and government authorities to ensure project specifications are met and address any concerns or modifications needed.

Software Proficiency

: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS-Office/ERP

Key Requirements

Experience

: 3-7 years of extensive experience in civil engineering within the Road Construction .

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are an advantage.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in civil engineering software tools relevant to project management and site execution.

Leadership Skills

: Proven ability to lead engineering teams and manage large-scale projects effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

Batcheler degree, Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
