We are seeking a proactive and experienced

Civil Engineer

to manage and oversee interior fit-out and modular installation projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong civil engineering background with practical experience in

interior works, modular furniture installation

, and coordination of various on-site activities including civil modifications, flooring, ceiling, partitioning, and related MEP services.

Execute and supervise

civil & interior works

for modular and fit-out projects. Study architectural/interior drawings, structural layouts, and service drawings for seamless execution. Coordinate with the design, carpentry, electrical, and modular installation teams for project execution. Plan and manage site activities including

flooring, partitions, false ceilings, wet area work, wall finishes

, etc. Monitor and manage site progress as per the work schedule and client requirements. Liaise with vendors and contractors for timely completion of work with quality standards. Ensure safety, quality control, and adherence to timelines at the site. Review BOQs and ensure proper resource planning and material estimation. Conduct site measurements, material reconciliation, and coordinate inspections. Maintain daily work progress reports and provide regular updates to the project team.

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

. 3-8 years of relevant experience in

interior fit-outs, modular installations, or turnkey construction projects

. Strong understanding of

materials

used in interiors like plywood, laminates, tiles, hardware, partitions, etc. Familiar with modular furniture installation techniques and sequencing. Proficient in reading AutoCAD drawings and working with project tracking tools. Excellent problem-solving, team coordination, and project management skills. Ability to handle multiple sites and deliver under tight deadlines.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
