Key Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and deliver training sessions on civil engineering subjects such as structural engineering, surveying, construction materials, building design, and estimation.
Develop course materials, lesson plans, assignments, and practical projects.
Conduct workshops, live demonstrations, and site visits (if required) to provide hands-on experience.
Assess learners' progress through tests, evaluations, and project reviews.
Guide students in applying theoretical knowledge to real-world civil engineering problems.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and standards.
Collaborate with academic and placement teams to align training content with current industry needs.
