Job Summary:



We are hiring a

Civil Engineering Sales Executive

to join our team in Kannur. The ideal candidate will have a background in civil engineering and a passion for client engagement and sales. You will be responsible for selling construction-related products or services, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Promote and sell civil engineering products/services to construction companies, contractors, architects, and project consultants. Identify potential clients in the Kannur region and surrounding areas. Conduct site visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations. Understand client requirements and offer suitable technical solutions. Prepare and submit proposals/quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals. Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure post-sale support. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue goals.

Requirements:



Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 1-3 years of sales or site experience in the construction industry (freshers with good communication skills may also apply). Strong understanding of civil construction materials, methods, or related products. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently. Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license. Fluency in Malayalam; working knowledge of English preferred.
