We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with 4 to 6 years of mid-level experience to join our team at Harishmane Infratech Pvt Ltd. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This is a full-time position with excellent growth opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 4 to 6 years of mid-level experience in civil engineering
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Strong research skills and ability to analyze data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in construction site inspections and site plans

• Plan, design, and supervise construction projects from start to finish
• Analyze survey reports, maps, blueprints, and other project documents
• Evaluate potential risks, materials, and costs
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards
• Inspect construction sites regularly and provide guidance to site engineers
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to coordinate project activities
• Prepare and present progress reports to the management team
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in civil engineering
