Supervise day-to-day finishing activities including plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, carpentry, waterproofing, false ceiling, and facade works.
Ensure all works comply with technical drawings, approved materials, and workmanship standards.
Plan and allocate manpower, tools, and materials to achieve timelines.
Inspect finishing details for accuracy in alignment, levels, joints, and aesthetics.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Conduct regular quality checks (internal snagging) and rectify defects before client inspections.
Ensure implementation of safety standards and compliance with relevant codes.
Verify and approve contractor work measurements and quality certificates.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure clearance of concealed services before finishing works.
Liaise with architects, structural consultants, and client representatives for smooth approval workflows.
Attend progress review meetings; provide timely updates and reports.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain DPRs (Daily Progress Reports), checklists, work inspection reports, material consumption logs, and snag lists.
Prepare BOQs, material requirement plans, and ensure controlled material wastage.
Support project handover documentation including as-built drawings and QA records.
Project Handover
Monitor final mock-ups and ensure approval prior to bulk execution.
Execute final snag closure, housekeeping, cleaning, and readiness for occupation.
Assist in statutory clearances and third-party inspections as required.
