. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and supervising civil works, ensuring quality standards, timelines, and cost efficiency in residential and commercial real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and monitor all civil engineering works at the site.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth project execution.
Ensure work quality as per design, specifications, and safety standards.
Prepare and maintain daily site reports, material usage, and progress updates.
Manage and control project schedules to ensure timely completion.
Verify and check contractor bills, quantities, and BOQ.
Oversee site-level manpower and material management.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with drawings and statutory regulations.
Coordinate with project and management teams for work progress and problem resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum
4 years of experience
in real estate construction (residential/commercial).
Strong knowledge of
civil execution, finishing, structural works, and project coordination
.
Good understanding of
construction drawings, quantity estimation, and billing
.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project documentation.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Background:
Experience in
real estate developers or builders' firms

Exposure to
high-rise, villa, or township projects
.
