Skills Required

Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction practices Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant civil engineering software Understanding of structural designs, drawings, and site execution Good knowledge of material specifications and quality standards Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Strong communication and leadership skills Problem-solving ability and attention to detail Ability to manage contractors, vendors, and labor teams Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project managers Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards Estimate materials, schedule tasks, and monitor project timelines Solve on-site issues and provide technical guidance when required Ensure compliance with government regulations, building codes, and company standards Assist in planning, budgeting, and project execution Oversee material procurement and verify material quality on-site
