\xc2\xb7 Residential / commercial Project execution from Foundation to Finish. Requirements - Minimum 5-10 year relevant of Experience In Similar Project Or Experience of Lock & key at least 2 Projects. - Finishing project experience is a must. - Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner - Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other) - Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications - Doing feasibility assessments and site inspections. - Reviewing government regulations and ordinances - Monitor progress and compile reports in project status - Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials - Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required - Project management duties (e.g. managing budgets, resources, and deadlines; acquiring and compiling quotes, etc.). - Maintains project database by writing computer programs, entering data, and completing backups - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. - Experience in under contractor firm will be preferred. - Candidate should be responsible for all the cross-checking work as accordance to the building standard. \xc2\xb7 Supervision and Execution of reinforcement, shuttering, concreting works as per approved drawings. \xc2\xb7 Experience of Interior finishes with detailing is extra advantage.
