We are looking for a skilled

Civil Engineer cum Urban Designer

to join our team. The role involves planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects with a focus on sustainable urban development and land utilisation. The candidate should be capable of handling both the technical and design aspects of real estate/urban planning projects, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and supervise land development and infrastructure projects. Create urban layouts, plot designs, and master plans for residential/commercial projects. Conduct feasibility studies, site analysis, and prepare technical drawings. Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards. Collaborate with architects, surveyors, and project managers. Incorporate sustainable and innovative urban design principles. Estimate project costs, materials, and timelines. Monitor site work progress and provide technical guidance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's in Urban Design/Planning preferred). Proven experience in civil engineering and urban/land design. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, GIS, and other design tools. Understanding of urban planning regulations and development control rules. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week

Dum Dum, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:

25% (Preferred)
