Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Execute site activities as per drawings, specifications, and construction schedules. Supervise day-to-day site work and ensure effective manpower and resource management. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progress. Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to statutory guidelines on site. Read and interpret technical drawings, structural designs, and layouts. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation. Manage subcontractors and site workers, assigning tasks and monitoring performance. Conduct material estimation and assist in procurement coordination. Address on-site issues and provide timely solutions to minimize project delays. Assist in preparing project schedules, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and work progress plans.
