Experienc? : Fresher /0-2 Years (Experience in valuation preferred)Qualification : B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct property valuation for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
Perform site inspections to assess construction quality, measurements, and condition
Prepare valuation reports as per bank, NBFC, and financial institution standards
Calculate market value, fair value, and distress value of properties
Verify approved plans, drawings, and legal documents related to properties
Measure built-up area, carpet area, and super built-up area
Estimate construction cost using standard rates (PWD / Schedule of Rates)
Coordinate with banks, clients, and legal teams for valuation-related requirements
Maintain proper documentation and records of valuation reports
Ensure compliance with local building bylaws and regulations
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of property valuation methods
Understanding of construction materials and methods
Ability to read architectural and structural drawings
Knowledge of AutoCAD (basic level preferred)
Good analytical and report-writing skills
Two-wheeler with valid license (for site visits)
Language : kannada to english
