Site investigation:
Conduct site investigations, survey operations, and analyze data from surveys, maps, and soil tests to determine project feasibility and ensure structural integrity.
Construction supervision:
Monitor construction activities on-site to ensure they adhere to the design plans and safety standards. This includes troubleshooting problems and coordinating with contractors and workers.
Quality and safety assurance:
Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as health and safety standards.
Stakeholder coordination:
Liaise and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including architects, contractors, clients, and government agencies, to ensure project goals are met.
Maintenance and rehabilitation:
Plan and manage the maintenance and repair of existing infrastructure.
Documentation:
Prepare detailed reports, specifications, and construction documents required for project approval and execution.
Environmental compliance:
