AG Organica is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, design, and management of civil engineering projects within the manufacturing sector. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

Key Responsibilities

:

Design and oversee the construction of infrastructure projects ,and manufacturing facilities. Conduct feasibility studies and environmental assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Prepare detailed project plans, specifications, and cost estimates for civil engineering projects. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering professionals throughout project lifecycles. Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and within-budget completion. Conduct site inspections and evaluations to ensure projects are executed according to specifications. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff and interns. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in civil engineering technology and practices. Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, including management and regulatory bodies. Ensure all work aligns with AG Organica's commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred. Minimum of 2-5years of relevant work experience in civil engineering. Proficient in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
