Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, supervise, and execute civil construction works as per approved drawings and project schedule. Ensure construction quality, safety compliance, and adherence to design specifications and standards. Monitor site progress, manpower deployment, and daily activities to meet project timelines. Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP, and other teams for seamless project execution. Verify material quality and quantities; ensure proper usage and minimize wastage. Prepare and check measurement sheets, estimates, and contractor bills. Review and maintain project documentation, including drawings, reports, and site records. Identify and resolve technical or site-related issues promptly. Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental norms. Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports for management review.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of civil engineering materials, methods, and construction practices. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project tracking tools. Good understanding of structural drawings, BOQs, and quantity estimation. Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications:

B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil Engineering. 3-10 years of experience in site execution, supervision, and project coordination in real estate or construction projects specifically for high rise and residential building.
