Job Description

Mantoor Infra is a leading infrastructure development firm engaged in designing and executing high-quality civil construction projects .We are looking for passionate, dedicated, and energetic fresh graduates to join our growing engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and execution of civil infrastructure projects under the supervision of senior engineers.

Support site inspections, quality checks, and material testing.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and onsite labour to ensure project milestones are met.

Prepare daily progress reports, measurements, and documentation as required.

Ensure safety compliance and adhere to environmental regulations on construction sites.

Learn and apply engineering principles in real-time project scenarios.

Required Skills:

Good understanding of civil engineering fundamentals and construction methods.

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar engineering software is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and team collaboration skills.

Willingness to work at project sites, sometimes in remote locations.
