This role is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in project management and site supervision. The trainee will assist Project Engineers in ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing project schedules, resource allocation, and progress reports.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor on-site activities, ensuring compliance with approved plans and safety standards.
Support quality checks on materials, workmanship, and site practices.
Track project timelines, identify delays, and propose preventive measures.
Document site reports, inspections, and approvals.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Civil Engineering (freshers encouraged).
Basic knowledge of construction practices and project management.
Proficiency in MS Office; CAD knowledge preferred.
Good communication skills in English and local language.
