Supervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities
Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site staff
Prepare and check material requirements
Ensure quality control, safety standards, and timely project completion
Monitor labor productivity and site progress reports
Handle site measurements
Resolve technical issues at site efficiently
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering
Minimum 7-8 years of relevant site experience
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards
Ability to manage manpower and multiple site activities
Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Candidate:
Local or nearby candidate preferred
Immediate or short notice joiner
