Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join Athene Constructions. The selected candidate will oversee site execution, ensure project quality, coordinate with teams, and support timely completion of construction projects as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site activities and labor work progress Prepare BOQs, work schedules, and progress reports Ensure construction quality and compliance with engineering standards Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site workers Read and interpret drawings, plans, and structural designs Maintain documentation including measurements, site checklists, and billing records Monitor material usage and site inventory Conduct safety checks and ensure adherence to safety protocols Attend site meetings and update management on progress status
Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

10-12 years experience in construction or site supervision

Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods & quality standards

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office; basic understanding of billing preferred

Good communication and team coordination skills

Ability to work independently and manage site activities

Based on experience (Negotiable)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
