Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage on-site construction activities Lead and manage site employees, labourers, and contractors Allocate daily tasks to workers and ensure timely execution Monitor work progress and maintain quality standards Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety norms Coordinate with architects, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors Prepare daily site reports, measurements, and work progress updates Manage materials, tools, and equipment required at site Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth workflow Maintain discipline and safety among workers Ensure project deadlines are met efficiently

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering Minimum

5 years of experience

in construction Strong knowledge of site execution, materials, and construction processes Ability to manage labourers, supervisors, and site teams Good communication skills in

Tamil, English,

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Knowledge of safety standards and construction best practices

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
