We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented

Civil Engineer

with

1 to 6 years of experience

to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in

managing construction sites

, ensuring

quality control

, and coordinating with the design team to bring our high-end residential projects to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily construction activities and ensure work is executed as per design Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to maintain project timelines Interpret architectural and structural drawings for on-site execution Conduct site inspections and monitor material usage and workmanship Ensure safety standards, legal regulations, and quality benchmarks are met Track project progress and provide regular updates to management Assist in estimating costs, preparing BOQs, and managing resources Resolve technical and execution challenges at the site promptly

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 1 to 6 years of relevant experience in residential or architectural construction projects Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; Civil 3D or Revit is a plus Strong understanding of construction techniques, structural detailing, and site coordination Excellent communication, team coordination, and problem-solving skills Willingness to work at project sites in Chennai as required
