Job Description

Take full ownership of all site projects as the single point of contact for execution and completion. Plan, manage, and supervise site works to ensure projects are delivered within scope, time, and quality standards. Evaluate specifications, and technical requirements to identify and resolve discrepancies during execution. Coordinate with contractors & vendors to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery. Conduct daily site inspections, monitor work progress, and provide regular updates to management. Optimize resources and apply engineering solutions to achieve cost-effective and high-quality results. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies at all times. Manage documentation, including daily progress reports, material requests, and work completion records.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong technical knowledge of civil works (electrical knowledge will be an added advantage). Ability to handle projects independently with minimal supervision. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities to coordinate with teams and clients. Commitment to quality, safety, and timely completion of projects. 1-5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering projects (modify based on level).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
