Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled

Civil Engineer

with 1 to 3 years of experience in construction and site execution. The role involves hands-on work at project sites, supporting all phases of construction activities, ensuring quality standards, and working collaboratively with internal teams and external contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities, ensuring timely execution of civil works. Review and interpret structural drawings, BOQs, and project specifications. Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site records, and material tracking logs. Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth operations. Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards. Use AutoCAD and other tools for planning, drafting, and drawing revisions. Support quantity estimation, material planning, and procurement coordination. Participate in project review meetings, audits, and inspections.

Key Skills and Competencies:

Sound knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and practices. Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using AutoCAD. Familiarity with project management tools and site documentation. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and team coordination abilities. Ability to work independently under minimal supervision. Willingness to work on-site and adapt to project timelines and requirements.

Eligibility Criteria:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 1-3 years of relevant site or construction experience. Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects preferred. Knowledge of safety protocols and quality standards in construction. Basic understanding of project scheduling and billing processes is a plus.
