Job Description

Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure (roads, bridges, airports, water systems, etc.). Conduct site investigations, analyze data (maps, reports, tests), and assess potential construction risks. Prepare project proposals, cost estimates, and technical drawings using CAD software. Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to engineering standards and safety regulations. Liaise with clients, contractors, and local authorities for project approvals and compliance. Manage and review subcontractor work, progress reports, and quality control measures. Solve design and development problems and propose innovative, practical solutions. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and software. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred for senior roles). Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification (preferred or required based on region). Proven experience in civil engineering, construction, or related field.

Freshers to 1 year Experiences

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, or similar design software. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with sustainable/green building practices. Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools. Knowledge of local and international engineering standards.
